Digital X-Rays
Our office uses the latest in digital x-ray technology. Digital x-rays provide a detailed image of your entire mouth and offer up to 80% less radiation than traditional film x-rays.
X-rays play an invaluable role in the diagnosis of dental problems, providing a clear picture for our doctors to accurately diagnose and determine the necessary treatment.
We place a small sensor in your mouth and an x-ray beam is sent through your teeth into the sensor, which records the image and sends it to the computer. The sensor can then be repositioned to image other sections of your teeth.
Intraoral Camera
The intraoral camera is a technological advancement that makes it possible to detect the smallest of details and show those findings directly to the patient for review. Images are recorded for later reference, giving you a clearer picture of your own oral health.
